🎯 What you’ll do:
- Create engaging, self-service dashboards and visual tools that make insights accessible.
- Write advanced DAX logic to reflect detailed business rules.
- Build and maintain semantic models that serve multiple reporting needs.
- Partner with data engineers to ensure optimal performance.
- Set up automated refreshes, access control, and scheduling for reports.
- Enhance UX with clean visual logic, intuitive navigation, and consistent layouts.
- Document key metrics, calculations, and underlying data flows.
- Promote standardization and reuse across Power BI solutions.
- Support business users and ensure dashboards are adopted and understood.
- Participate in QA and testing to guarantee data reliability and accuracy.
🛠 What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, and semantic modeling.
- Skilled in building scalable dashboards and managing dataflows.
- Comfortable working with BigQuery, SQL, or APIs as data sources.
- Knows how to troubleshoot performance and optimize dashboards.
- Solid grasp of data structures, UX for data viz, and agile BI practices.
- Creative thinker who stays user-focused while solving technical problems.
- Great communicator who can simplify the complex for stakeholders.
📌 Experience:
- 4–6 years working in dashboard development or data visualization roles.
💡 Tools & Tech:
- Power BI (Advanced), DAX, Power Query
- Power BI Service, RLS, refresh scheduling
- BigQuery / SQL, version control for BI (manual or automated)
- Bonus: Power BI Embedded or API knowledge
🎓 Technical Highlights:
