We are looking for a  Technical Business Analyst to join an international startup and help them achieve all of their goals. You will be part of the Revenue Operations team and also you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Customer Success and Marketing teams. 

Soft Skills:

Hard Skills:

-3+ years of management consulting and/or business operations experience.

-Strong experience using SQL.

-Experience focused on quantitative analysis, Excel, and logical reasoning.

-knowledge of tableau or similar data visualization tools.

-Familiarity with CRM and data management.

-Bachelor’s degree in the quantitative field.

Responsibilities:

- Provide advice and insights that support high-level stakeholders and manage their KPIs.

-Proactively identify trends, risks and opportunities in the business to influence and establish a market / account strategy.

-Understand the underlying data architecture that supports marketing and customer success, and how you can use it to inform business performance.

-Correctly identify and implement strategies to help optimize the drivers of financial performance, productivity, customer engagement, marketing funnel, and other metrics.

-Assist in the development and delivery of presentations for senior executives.
