The company: You will be working with one of the giants in the commercial industry in Mexico, generating a Product that will have impact on a national scale. Revolutionize fintech/commercial trends with a team of experts in the industries.
Main Responsabilities:
- Manage backend microservices, API management, core services and deployment infrastructure on which the platform runs
- Contribute to defining the vision for product features and capabilities to a global and technical level
- Help draft our product's delivery plan and prioritized backlog for the product
- Drive outcome-focused execution with a strong focus on how product impacts users and the business
- Productively collaborate with leaders across the organization, from marketing and sales to finance and operations, to ensure cohesion between product and the overall business
MUST HAVE:
- Intermediate or Advance English
- Background in IT related careers/jobs
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Owner or Management

Big Plus:
- Experience working with a fintech and/or digital businesses
- Experience working with credits or payments products on a technical level
- Experience developing products based on credits/payments on a technical level
Relevant decisions:
- Define requirements for back office activities
- Identify and decide on new implementation vendor relationships
- Prioritize backlog of activities required for development and upgrades
- Define back office and support KPIs to track
- Decide on tech debt tradeoffs
- Sign-off on user stories
Main challenges:
- Clear communication (and trust) from/with development team
- Ability to understand tech trends, see how they impact roadmap, and how they could drive innovation
- Ability to understand technical challenges and make educated trade-offs with the team
- Capability to understand tech languages / talks and develop from the groundup products with the Dev. team.
