IT Start up is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team and elevate Leadership. This role will directly report to the Founders and no one else.

●Responsible for ever-evolving tasks across multiple businesses

●Responsible for complex and detailed calendar management

●Support the Founders in research, documenting and execution of fundraising tasks

●Take meeting notes and assign responsibilities on behalf of the Founders

●Management of multiple email accounts and responding to emails on behalf of the Founders

●Prepare expense documentation

●Assist other administrative support staff as needed

●Prepare reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings

●Prepare and edit presentations/documents for both internal and external use, as needed

●Answers and returns calls and emails on behalf of the Founders by taking and keeping relative content notes

●Provide assistance with other tasks and projects as they evolve

Job Qualifications

●Must be a “YES!” person and be open-minded to find creative, helpful, efficient solutions for any task or problem

● Must be organized, able to prioritize, set and keep deadlines, change direction quickly, and adapt to various work environments easily

● Must be able to communicate well inter-personally, written, and in group settings as well as the ability to follow verbal and written instructions

●Must be able to work effectively in group settings through collaborative, solutions oriented, and win-win approaches

● Executive Assistant must have excellent Microsoft Office & Google skills (Word, Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, GMail)

● Above all this person must strive to help the Founders in anyway possible so that they are able to focus their time and energy on the most crucial aspects of the businesses in order to achieve successful, sustainable, hyper-growth
