Responsibilities

• Assist core executives in executing the hiring plan. Aid in occasional day to day tasks to optimize productivity & streamline workflows
• Manage & lead the success of the team; including event scheduling, HR support & workplace enjoyment
• Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc
• Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets in structured and timely manners
• Develop and maintain a continually stacked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, including, but not limited to, networking within the community, contacting and/or visiting universities, attending local job fairs and fostering continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR or tech recruitment within top-tier startups
• Excellent written and spoken English & Spanish
• Skilled with modern sourcing and selection techniques
• Effective stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to work as a team member
