Technical Operations Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Operations Lead with experience in software development and technical team management. This key role will oversee a team of 6 people, ensuring the development and maintenance of efficient technological solutions. The candidate will be responsible for making strategic and operational decisions to meet project deadlines, mentoring team members, and optimizing the efficiency of technological processes.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the team to meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust software solutions, including REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Provide technical mentorship to a team of 2 to 4 individuals, supporting their professional growth.
- Administer software deployment and maintenance on cloud services, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new features and improvements.
- Make key technological decisions and take ownership to enhance project efficiency.
- Oversee testing and quality assurance processes, adhering to best practices in software security.
- Communicate effectively with the internal team and external clients to align goals and expectations.
- Implement and supervise DevOps practices such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Systems Engineering or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience developing backend services for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
- Proven experience leading technical teams working with technologies such as Javascript, ReactJS, NodeJS, and cloud services (.NET).
- Strong knowledge of software development principles, best practices, testing, security, and database optimization.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jenkins, Git, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
- Advanced communication and leadership skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
