We are seeking a Financial Data Analyst based in Mexico! 🇲🇽📍

➡️ What would you do? 🙋

-Update reporting and budgeting templates in Excel to analyze property performance.

-Develop financial reports to meet management needs.

-Transform raw data into clear and actionable insights, organizing and presenting it in an easy-to-understand to support decision-making.

-Maintain budgeting, forecasting, and reporting data, ensuring the highest level of financial integrity.

-Respond to FP&A data requests and ad hoc analyses from colleagues and managers.

-Lead the budgeting process, translating real estate underwriting into an internal budget and evaluating assumptions to create a comprehensive property budget for the next 12 months.

➡️ Requirements 📝

-Proficient in English (C1/C2).

-College degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

-Over 2 years of experience in Finance, Asset Management, or Financial Analytics.

-Located in México and in a similar time zone to the US West Coast – CA or AZ

-Technical Skills 💻

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiar with Google Suite, Microsoft, and Slack tools.
• General knowledge of financial statements and/or commercial real estate.
• *General knowledge of workplace or financial planning systems (Workday, NetSuite, Looker), experience in forecasting and budgeting for hospitality/real estate assets and managing a diverse portfolio of assets (hotels, multi-family properties, short-term rentals, student housing, and commercial spaces) is a huge plus!
