What You Will Do
- Own the technical direction and execution of full-stack data products and pipelines
- Guide engineers and developers in applying best practices across ELT, pipeline orchestration, semantic modeling, and cloud optimization.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and accountability in data delivery.
- Oversee data product delivery, ensuring consistency in quality, traceability, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Define and enforce standards for data quality, lineage, validation logic, and monitoring.
- Oversee and collaborate with data infrastructure and architecture teams to develop and follow company standards, best practices and full framework implementation.
- Partner with Product Owners to align user stories and backlog items with technical capacity and architectural principles.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to scale platform capabilities and drive innovation in data delivery.
- Partner with Cloud and Security teams to ensure compliance and efficiency in cloud usage and infrastructure design.
What we are looking for:
- Strong experience in cloud-native architecture (preferably GCP).
- Strong experience in data engineering, architecture, or backend engineering roles.
- Deep understanding of data platforms, APIs, and product scaling.
- Proficiency in data pipeline orchestration frameworks
- Deep understanding of data governance, quality control, testing, monitoring, and CI/CD in data environments.
- Track record leading large tech teams across regions and functions, such as data engineers, data architects, BI developers
- Expertise leading Large-scale data product management and delivery.
- Business-oriented thinker with a hands-on technical background.
- Excellent communication, influence, and people development capabilities.
- Long-term strategic vision with ability to lead through complexity.
