We are looking for our Talent Acquisition Admin!

We’re seeking a talent acquisition to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and one or two years of experience in talent acquisition.

Responsabilities:

• You will carry out the end-to-end recruitment process

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria

• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks

• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and interviews

• You will have direct communication with clients and candidates.

What makes you a great fit:

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Strong Experience ( Excel, PPT, Presentation Skills)

• Organizational skills

• English conversational

• Excel (advanced): Macros, Pivot tables, Filters, etc...
