What You Will Do

The Scrum Master will create and implement standards, evolve Agile development practices, and encourage adoption of Agile methodology, in order to provide continued increment of product of value.

Responsibilities:

• ● Report status of IT projects to the Head of Product and CTO of the company.
• ● Develop and implement agile methodologies and SCRUM practices for IT projects that seek
• the institutionalization of the processes for the management of PMO projects.
• ● Monitor and control the performance of IT projects and programs whose management is
• assigned to the PMO.
• ● Participate in the planning of the company's digital strategy.
• ● The activities are not limited to those listed but to all those that are required to achieve the
• objectives of your position.
• Minimum Requirements:
• ● Advanced Excel
• ● SCRUM Master Certification or proven related experience
• ● Desirable PMP certification (not mandatory)
• ● Knowledge in Azure API Management
• ● Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 1-3 year for a software development
• team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• ● PM experience
• ● Excellent communication and mentoring skill

Education:

● Bachelor or advanced degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
