Purpose

Customer Support Representatives are high-energy, technically savvy, customer-focused individuals at the heart of the monitoring services we provide our clients, who use technology to remotely solve issues for different types of equipment. Our focus is to reduce our clients’ energy use by driving down consumption while optimizing performance. Customer Support Representatives are on the front-line everyday driving value for our customers while supporting their energy strategies.

Job Functions

- Managing customer support phone calls to solve our client´s equipment technical issues, with the support of Energy Management System interfaces.

- Troubleshooting incoming service requests and alarms and deciding appropriate actions to resolve the issues

- Guiding third party on-site personnel supporting the Technician’s troubleshooting process.

- Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor/ Manager.

Requerimientos

- High School diploma/GED – required, Associate degree /Bachelor degree preferred.

- Working knowledge of business operations

- Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Written and spoken fluency in English and Spanish.

- Knowledge in the following areas is desirable (NOT REQUIRED): Fundamentals of energy management, heating/air conditioning, lighting, and refrigeration systems and troubleshooting methods.
