PRODUCT MANAGER

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing startup as a senior product person, re-defining the future of identity and trust.

You will colaborate in a startup from San Francisco, focused on re-defining what identity and trust mean in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

• You will have the full ownership of Mati dashboard, that customers use to test our product, configure it, integrate it, ask for support, collaborate, get verification results and way more. The range of concerned topics is very broad and strategic for Mati in order to grow.
• Lead and develop product roadmaps for all Mati B2B dashboard related products in conjunction with the Senior Team and relevant Product Management stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Engineering and Operations to ensure effective delivery and support of products
• Talking to our customers, prospects, industry experts to understand what are the biggest problems they have, and which ones would make sense for Mati to solve. Going in-depth, ICP by ICP will be needed.
• Working on product strategy/positioning, building market assumptions, and validating them.
• Working with your engineering scrum teams to make sure things get delivered in time
• Writing detailed product specs that engineers can execute on

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years experience as a product manager in a tech B2B company
• It is a plus if you have worked in any of these verticals: neo-bank, crypto exchange, lending, online trading platform.
• Languages: English, and at least good basics of Spanish.
• Ability to delegate, prioritise and manage a considerable workload
• Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
• You are looking to build a long-lasting company, you hate 9 to 5 job mindset, you are ready to do the groundwork if needed, and reach success quickly.
