Business Development Associate

You will work in a fintech that provides startups and SMBs with innovative banking infrastructure, credit cards, and payment products to power their growth.

What are we looking for?

Working in the high-growth Sales & Business Development team, the Business Development Associate will play a critical role in the company’s growth, focusing on lead generations and customer acquisition. The team is expanding in Mexico as well as other countries in the region and employees will be promoted from within to continue to grow with the company.

Hard Skills:

1-2 years experience in fintech payments, credit, banking, accounting software

Experience in sales is a plus

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

Increase sign ups and lead conversion across the company’s core product suite:

○ Corporate credit cards

○ Revolving lines of credit

○ Alternative working capital finance

○ Expense management software

Opening accounts for startups and small-medium businesses

Acquire, manage, and transfer client data to risk team for deal approval

Support the company’s risk team by providing an initial risk filter

Client support to quickly resolve any tech/billing/platform/other issues

Lead generation via LinkedIn, attending conferences and other promotional events
