You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:
- Desirable Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in designing and coding IVR systems, and supporting integration and testing.
- 5+ years of experience writing code in common programming languages such as VXML, C/ C+, Java, .NET, J2EE, JSP and database technologies.
- Strong software architecture skills and understanding of design patterns.
- Ability to develop solutions for contact centers in complex environments.
- Integration experience with Call Center environments and third-party platforms.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory, as you will be working directly with US-based clients.
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the execution of IVR projects, meeting specified timelines and requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the IVR environment, resolving issues and ensuring system stability and performance.
- Stay updated on relevant IVR technologies and trends. Mentor and guide team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to meet the organization's vision.
- Collaborate with the architecture team to design and detail technical solutions for new product implementations and upgrades to existing IVR solutions.
- Create and maintain technical specification documents, including architectural diagrams and call flows for the enterprise IVR systems.
- Conduct QA activities such as peer reviews and supervising reviews to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, diversity principles, and corporate integrity and compliance program policies.
