Marketing at Tractian

The Marketing team tells the Tractian story, determines messaging and positioning, and translates our reimagined products and features into tangible customer benefits. Our marketers—across Brand, Video, Content, and Performance—are responsible for acquiring new customers and have a deep understanding of the business. We’re a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, BD, and Design teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential.

What you'll do

As an Inbound Workflow Specialist, you will be a great asset to the Marketing Team, working focused on Hubspot. You will bring your expertise on the tool to create email flow and analyze contacts properties. The ideal candidate should also have good writing.

Responsibilities

Create relationship, management, and nutrition automations on Hubspot and perform constant check-ups to ensure proper function

Promote a client journey within the platform, strengthening lead acquisition and retention

Offer lead support on all steps of the funnel, from the coldest to the warmest

Requirements

2+ years of experience working with Hubspot

2+ years of hands-on exposure to Leadscoring

Exposure to copywriting

Bonus Points

Hubspot certification

Hands-on work experience on CRMs

SaaS or B2B familiarity
